Pershing X, a business unit of BNY Mellon, focuses on building next-generation wealth management solutions. The goal of the collaboration was to modernise an underperforming advisor platform by improving user experience, streamlining workflows, and strengthening advisor engagement while staying competitive with market leaders.

  1. The current advisor platform was falling short in meeting customer expectations and lagging competitor offerings.
     

  2. Pershing X recognised the opportunity to create a new platform that enhances advisor engagement, streamlines operations, and provides exclusive investment solutions.
     

  3. Pershing X partnered with Publicis Sapient to support the strategy, leveraging our specialised design, research, and front-end capabilities to drive the initiative forward.
