Carnival Cruise Line is a major global cruise operator known for fun, family-friendly voyages, and it also offers an exclusive high-end luxury experience through Carnival’s luxury brands, which provide elevated service, premium amenities, and refined travel experiences for upscale travelers.

scope of work

We're aiming to design an Hybrid AI Powerhouse that is built on the principles of:

  1. Preference Learning & Concierge : Learns from customers past trips and current preferences to suggest unique experiences.

  2. Trust-Based Personalization : Allow users to view, manage their journey and restrict access to their personal data within the platform.

  3. Workflow Automation : Agents can build automated tasks to save time on mundane activities, like checking room views or sending client reminders.

solutions

The initial process started with benchmarking of the existing luxury websites and their offerings to scope the project. It was important to understand the current SWOT analysis of the company.
